Facilities Management and Aral Construction are renovating a marine biology teaching laboratory in Petch.
On March 12, 2026, fumes from a flooring installation entered the building air intake system. To mitigate this risk, the project will employ a negative air system strategy. This will prevent fumes from entering the corridor from the work site. Measures will also be taken to prevent any air from the lab entering the air intake in the breezeway.
