Patrick Gregory Memorial Award in Biology

Patrick Thomas Gregory (1946–2025) was a biologist, educator, and naturalist who devoted 45 years to the 探花系列 as a professor in the Department of Biology. An internationally respected herpetologist, his research advanced understanding of the ecology, behaviour, and conservation of reptiles and amphibians in Canada. He was deeply committed to field-based science and student mentorship.

This scholarship honours Pat’s enduring legacy at the 探花系列 and his passion for curiosity-driven research, supporting graduate students whose work reflects the values he embodied and worked to consistently champion.
