The MBA for TELUS is an award-winning, custom MBA in Strategic Leadership. The Gustavson School of Business developed this program for telecommunications client TELUS.

Purpose

We designed this program for emerging TELUS leaders. The goal is to offer an incredible educational opportunity to team members. The program also builds a culture of innovation and an internal leadership pipeline for TELUS.

You’ll learn alongside a cohort of TELUS team members from across Canada. Get ready to accelerate your career!

This is a custom program. TELUS selects and nominates participants to UVic.

Format

The MBA for TELUS is a 2-year, part-time program for TELUS team members. It has a series of residencies in Victoria, BC and one as part of an international trip. This format allows you to keep working full-time while staying connected with your cohort and faculty members. Residencies take place in person every 4 months, with 7 in total.

You'll learn through case studies, assignments and capstone projects built with TELUS in mind.

Each cohort begins in October (in years when the program runs).
