MeepMeep Announces Fundraising Round Led by LOI Venture and UCeed

MeepMeep, a Victoria-based technology company building safety and operational tools for senior care and aging-in-place environments, today announced a fundraising round led by LOI Venture and UCeed. The round comes at a time when early-stage venture investment remains highly selective following a difficult year for fundraising across the technology sector. Despite those conditions, MeepMeep’s round has drawn strong investor interest, with the company finalizing allocations alongside a select group of partners.

MeepMeep’s entry into senior care was driven by market pull, not a pre-planned pivot. After the company’s consumer tracking products gained unexpected use for everyday household items — including for family members with memory challenges — the team began conversations with senior living operators in early 2025. Those discussions revealed an urgent need for a simple, non-intrusive solution to help care teams locate essential belongings and improve resident safety.
