Tips for Success

One tip that I would offer new international students starting their program at UVic is... look into the different opportunities available at UVic, explore the beauty of Victoria and don’t be afraid to try something new!

One of the best ways for international students to get connected during their time at UVic would be… keep an eye on ICS’s Upcoming Events page and the Global Community page!

Student Success Tip: There are no bad questions – when in doubt, it is always good to ask.

About

I completed my BA in Pacific and Asian Studies at UVic. I was able to go to Japan 3 different times during my undergrad (through a field school, work experience and exchange). There are many ways to travel and explore while continuing your studies – take advantage of the opportunities!

Interests

I like to do my own nails, listen to music and try different cafes!

Fun fact

I have been to 15 different concerts in 3 different countries!
